Small blown film machines are mainly used for heating and melting plastic particles, and blowing them into sheets. What should production personnel pay attention to when operating the blown film machine? Is it easy to cause damage to the machine, improve work efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs? 1. Preheat, the heat should not be too long or too high to avoid blockage of the feeding port.

2. During installation, pay attention to adjusting the centerline of the extruder head vertically and horizontally, and ensure that it does not tilt or deviate from the center of the traction roller.

3. As the winding diameter gradually increases, please pay attention to the coordination with the traction speed and winding speed, and adjust accordingly.

4. Host, open, closely monitor the operation of the host, adjust and modify electrical instruments and controllers in a timely manner to ensure their normal operation.

5. The host, gearbox, and traction reducer should be regularly oiled and the gear oil should be replaced. After about 10 days of use, please replace the gear oil with a new one to ensure the normal operation of the rotating parts. Note down the normal operation to prevent damage, jamming, and overheating. Also, check the connecting parts that are tight to prevent looseness.

6. The amount of compressed air in the pipe should be kept moderate, as compressed air may be leaked during the traction process.

7. Regularly clean and replace the head on the filter to prevent blockage, guard against plastic particles mixed with iron particles, impurities such as sand and stones, and avoid damage to the threaded cylinder.

8. It is strictly prohibited to rotate around without significant space, cylinder, tee, and core temperature. The main engine cannot be started if it does not meet the requirements.

9. Start the main motor and slowly accelerate after starting the motor; To turn off the main motor, slow down and then turn it off.

10. It may be damaged due to transportation of electrical components or broken wire ends. Strict inspection should be carried out to ensure personal safety. An open authority must meet good grounding requirements. Then, connect the power supply to each part of the strictly inspected machine for normal operation, and pay attention to the presence of leakage.
